Out from Monday 20th June is the new cook book from Simpsons, giving an insight into Michelin-starred dining with more than 90 original recipes and over 175 pictures. Aimed at amateur chefs and passionate foodies, chef and owner Andreas Antona says “We wanted a book food lovers can use and enjoy, but push themselves a little too.
