Discover The Origin Masterclass

Creator of the British Cheese Awards Juliet Harbutt and food writer Lindy Wildsmith are running a series of free, two-hour masterclasses with one scheduled for Birmingham.  
Intended as hands-on tutorials, they promise to sharpen skills and increase understanding. Retailers will sample some of the finest selection of aged Parma Ham and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, whist Juliet or Lindy compare the different subtleties in flavour and explain each vintage variety.
