Marcus Wareing Aalto Restaurant

 

Due to open in March, internationally acclaimed chef Marcus Wareing is the vision behind the Hotel La Tour’s Aalto Restaurant  in Birmignham’s Eastside. Marcus is working in an advisory role, devising menu concepts and assisting with recruitment and training of the hotel’s kitchen staff, at the 80-seat Aalto restaurant, bar and coffee shop.
