Didier Philipot has been confirmed as the new Head Chef for Edmunds in Brindleyplace to replace Andy Waters. Didier was formerly head chef at Brockencote Hall before opening his own restaurant Torque D’Or in the Jewellery Quarter. Torque D’Or had a bistro feel about it and was one of the best places in Birmingham for French cuisine, with two AA rosettes. Unfortunately the restaurant closed, but Didier remained working in the West Midlands. It is great to have him back in Birmingham!
