Edmunds welcomes Didier Philipot back to Birmingham to head up the kitchen brigade and bring his seasonal classics with a modern touch to the fine dining restaurant.
In honour of his arrival, Edmunds is offering a Spring Promotion.
Tuesday to Thursday noon – 2pm you are invited to select two courses from the Du Jour menu for just £15 or three courses for £19.50 per person. For evening dining, from Tuesday to Thursday, 6pm – 10pm, dine from the A la Carte menu and receive a complimentary glass of house wine, beer or soft drink per guest .
