Steve Love is running a demonstration on how to make show stopping canapés, which also includes a two course lunch and glass of wine for £50 per person, instead of £75 on 25th July at Loves restaurant in Birmingham.

Fishmongers from Hillers Farm are hosting an evening of fish preparation and how best cook the different types of fish. Followed by a two course fish supper on 26th July in the

July’s dish of the month at Le Bistrot Pierre in Leamington is marinated and grilled sardines with lime butter, plum tomatoes and shallots. You can download the recipe from their website or try it as part of their summer a la carte menu.
