Is one of your New Year’s resolutions to learn how to bake this year? Then the Landgirls Cookery School could be just what you are looking for.
They have moved into new, larger premises in Hartshill Marina just outside Atherstone which has given them two classrooms, a wheelchair lift and other disabled facilities. Their aim is to provide a friendly, informal, fun cookery school where you can learn or improve your cooking, baking and cake decorating skills.
The bread rolls in the picture are made with onion flour from the nearby Claybrooke Water Mill at one of their bread making classes. Here are some of their upcoming classes:
- Wednesday 6 February Artisan Bread Making
- Friday 8 February Valentines Shortbread
- Thursday 28 February Macarons
