Next weekend I’ll be reviewing The Fleet Street Bar & Kitchen and announcing a competition with them, but in the meantime here are some details of what to expect with their Barbecoa grill.
Steve Wakeman, Head Chef at Fleet Street Kitchen says: “The theatre of Fleet Street Kitchen will come from live fire cooking on the grill which requires a fine balance of control and technique. But there’s a special casualness to grilling that we know our guests will love. I guess the unpredictability and intuitive nature of grill cooking is what excites me as a chef; searing in the natural juices and flavours of our meats and fish and allowing them to shine on the plate. It’s what I like to call the thrill of the grill.”
