Bookings for Adam’s Restaurant are now being taken! Due to open on Friday 12 April, the website for the 25 seat restaurant is live today and features three menu options.
Pigs trotter with bacon jam, brown shrimps and rhubarb with foie gras anise feature on the nine course menu for £75. The five course menu includes tuna, and golden and red beetroot with walnut popcorn for £45. Lunch choices are plaice with pearl barley or chicken with pickled onion crackling, as mains in the set three courses for £27.
