Champagne Summer Indulgence at Adam’s restaurant

The liquid theme continues with my latest blog post!


As a celebration of the partnership between adam’s and the champagne house, Champagne Jacquart has released a small number of magnums from their private œnothèque reserve. Located underneath their headquarters in the centre of Reims, this will be the first time this bottle has entered the UK.

Some very luck diners at the exclusive Summer Indulgence evenings and lunches on Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 June will get a once in a lifetime chance to taste this champagne, as it will never be commercially available.

‘Summer Indulgence Evening’

The food and wine pairings will be explained by the adam’s team with guest appearances from wine representatives each evening. Here is the menu:

2006 Blanc de Blancs.

Native Scottish lobster, asparagus, wild garlic bread, chervil.

NV Brut Mosaïque.

Line caught Poole monkfish, ox cheek, sweet pickle red onion.

 2002 Vintage en magnum from private œnothèque.

Reg Johnson corn fed chicken, truffle, wye valley smoked halibut, sorrel.

NV Rosé.

British hard & goats’ cheeses, plum chutney, sourdough crisp breads.

NV Demi sec

Peach melba, scottish raspberries, vanilla.

Coffee/tea chocolates for £155 per person.

Alternatively, you can dine during lunchtime for £55 per person and enjoy Cornish crab, Brixham line caught turbot, white peach, Scottish raspberries, vanilla cream and almonds.
