Andy Waters opens new restaurant

Huzzah! Andy Waters new restaurant is now open at Resorts World.

The popular Midlands chef is creating classic British and French dishes with a twist and says:

“My aim for Waters Restaurant is simple, to serve food that is created with care and served in comfortable and friendly surroundings.  I want everyone to feel welcome when they come through the door and leave with a smile on their face”.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week and have 65 covers. Alongside the main menu, a two course menu rapide for £14.95 will be available at lunchtime and early evening. Some of the menu highlights include:

Honey roasted fillet of pork, braised cheek with fricasée of broad beans, celeriac, chorizo and a honey spiced jus (£14.50)

Roasted duck breast marinated with oranges and chilli, pomme rosti and confit of savoy cabbage (£16.50)

Fillet of turbot with peas, shiitake mushrooms, sage butter and Charlotte potatoes (£17.95).

Don’t forget to leave room for Andy’s signature dessert – delice of chocolate, marmalade ice-cream and chocolate shortbread crumble (£9.50).
