If you want to be a souper-hero and help raise money for St Basils charity, all you have to do is enjoy a bowl of tomato soup. From Monday 5th- Sunday 11th March you can enjoy a hot bowl of Tomato & St Basils soup at Cherry Reds, Quarter Horse Coffee, Evolve Café, the Jam House and Fazeley Studios in Birmingham and Unicorn Bars in Stratford and Coventry to raise funds to help the homeless.
Food blogger and supper club host Carole Mason has published a book of Thai recipes. Mae’s Ancient Thai Food is available as a 200 page hardback book for £20 or as a kindle download for £7.50 on Amazon. Worcestershire based Carole learnt to cook Thai food in Bangkok. One of Carole’s teachers was the food historian and chef Gobkaew Najpinij and this cookbook is in her honour.
