Join Birmingham cook, food stylist, photographer and all round foodist, Lap-fai Lee, as he hosts an exclusive Asian seafood feast and masterclass. You’ll try your hands at making:salmon avocado sushi rolls and aburi salmon nigiri, grilled scallops with soy butter and  Japanese shichimi seven spice, steamed whole fish with pickled chilli as well as red curry king prawns There are two sessions in total and each session accommodates up to eight people.
