The Forgotten Greenhouse, is a brand new event brought to you by Pop Up Shop, the company behind Gindifferent bar in the Market Hall. Set on the 3rd floor of the Market Hall, usually inaccessible to the public, the doors will be open to guests to enjoy the panoramic views across the town, whilst enjoying a range of drinks, including your signature gin favourites, canapes and food samples from local charcuterie business, Shropshire Salumi. £10 entry the evenings run from 7.30 – 10.30pm.

Join Birmingham cook, food stylist, photographer and all round foodist, Lap-fai Lee, as he hosts an exclusive Asian seafood feast and masterclass. You’ll try your hands at making:salmon avocado sushi rolls and aburi salmon nigiri, grilled scallops with soy butter and  Japanese shichimi seven spice, steamed whole fish with pickled chilli as well as red curry king prawns There are two sessions in total and each session accommodates up to eight people. You will receive a bespoke cocktail on arrival, designed by The Edgbaston Hotel, followed by a five piece tasting of the whole El Dorado range starting at a bright, grassy three year old eventually landing on a 21 year old rum. Butterscotch, fudge and fruit cake are just some of the flavours you can expect in this indulgent line up. 7 – 9pm tickets are £22.50 each.
