More than 130 of the region’s best food, drink and craft producers will descend on the new Southwater development in Telford for a huge food festival. Filling the QE11 arena with tasty goodies from producers, the free tasting theatre, free kids cookery and more from 10am – 5pm. Ticket prices are £6 adults, £2 children and £13 for a family ticket.

A new food festival, showcasing a range of Indian street food dishes. from Milan’s palatable Dhokla (chunks of steamed gramflour cake tempered with curry leaves and mustard seeds and served warm with chilly yoghurt) to their Spicy Chilli Chicken (batter fried chicken cubes, quarters of peppers and onions tossed with chillies and soy sauce garnished with spring onions).
