Ticket holders will be able to sample over one hundred different gins, either with tonic or as a cocktail. Craft distillers and experts on all things gin will be on hand offering samples and talking about their gin. Also on offer will be a selection of snacks and a Louisiana-style jambalaya supper plus a live DJ.

With over 100 traders this new festival  will be delivering a weekend of tempting gins, spirits, wines and ales, tours, product sampling, street food, live music and enjoyment for the visitors to Lichfield.

Hosted by Billy Wright and Jack Layer, these supper club chefs and food creatives are Master Chef finalists from 2016. You will have the chance to learn from the professionals and meet them back stage, before enjoying a welcome cocktail and three course lunch. All profits will go to support the Little Princess Trust.

As part of a series of dining experiences, the National Trust property  is hosting a tasting menu with a French Riviera theme. Accompanied by a specially created gin cocktail courtesy of Cotswold Distillery and all whilst listening to a soulful jazz performance.

Delivered in partnership with Cotswold Markets,  the Food Fest will showcase over 60 stalls offering delicious food and drink from local businesses and selected specialist producers. Not to mention food and drink matching sessions, cookery demonstrations and master class workshops by a variety of well-established chefs.

A delicious six-course meal will be created, by Executive Chef Christopher Lovatt, packed full of ingredients that will perfectly complement the gin serve you’ll enjoy with each course. Guests will dine in the stunning surrounding of BMAG’s Industrial Gallery, with live music and goody bags included in the ticket price.

The Birmingham Whisky Club is hosting this ‘Cocktail Culture’ event, which will guide you through the history of American cocktails with Sam Boulton from The Vanguard Bar. The session will include four tasters, all while listening to a historical walk-through of their timeline.

Local independent wine merchants Vin Neuf will be holding their annual tasting, with over 50 wines to try in the fragrant  rose gardens. There will also be a coach running from Stratford town centre to the venue for £5 per person return.

Birmingham Brewing Company

This beer school is a full day course led by an MSc Qualified Master Brewer, which will involve a combination of talks on the science and technique of brewing, as well as a guided brew on BBC’s 100L pilot kit. This course is catered to people who’ve never brewed before and want to give it a whirl. As a group you can choose which type of beer you’d like to make; whether that be a pale ale, stout, IPA, or one from our recipe book of Brummies.
