Join Cotswolds Distillery’s Rob Patchett, for an evening of delicious food matched with four of Cotswolds Distillery’s crafted spirits. Rob will not only explain the techniques behind the crafting of the products but he will be mixologist preparing the delicious drinks to accompany the wonderful food. The menu includes loin of venison and dark chocolate fondant. From 7.30pm costs £50 per person.

Easter egg making class
Food Hall & Restaurant at Webbs, Wychbold
Join Clayton James from Black Forest Chocolates to create your own personalised luxury Easter egg. In the first half of this event Clayton will guide you through an introduction to chocolate, chocolate tastings and an Easter egg building and gift wrapping demonstration. In the second half you will craft, fill, decorate and wrap your own luxury chocolate egg and you can even add a personalised message in liquid chocolate. Choose from a variety of luxury egg halves plus premium chocolate decorations and confectionery with which to fill and adorn your egg. Tea and coffee will be provided. £30 per person including luxury Easter egg. Classes run from 6pm – 8pm.

Edinburgh Gin Dinner
Edinburgh Gin is inviting diners to a five-course dinner paired with cocktails for £60 per person. Guests will be greeted with a welcome drink along with canapés including manchengo and iberico chorizo. To follow dishes include elderflower gin cured salmon, pan fried venison loin marinated in plum and vanilla gin, and rhubarb and ginger gin custard. Each course will be accompanied by a complementary gin serve and the night will be finished with an artisan cheese and bread selection.

Join the Brand Ambassador from Glenfiddich to learn all there is to know about their whiskey. You will be tasting the 12yr, 15yr & the IPA Whiskey with carefully selected beers.Ticket are £20 per person which includes three whiskeys and three beers to match, plus a small selection of nibbles.

St. Patrick’s Whiskey Shenanigans

The Whiskey Lounge is the host for this evening tasting from 7 – 9pm of six Irish whiskies. New distilleries are popping up all over the country like wildfire, whilst the more established distillers have finally recognised the need for more exciting whiskies. At the root of all of this is the rejuvenation of a type of whiskey which is totally unique to Ireland and carries a rich and turbulent history – single pot still Irish whiskey. Tickets from £35.

Gin tasting and jazz

A brand new gin and jazz evening starring the leading Gin expert, The Gintleman who will host a four flight gin tasting. On arrival each guest will receive a gin inspired cocktail with canapes whilst enjoying live jazz in the splendour of an Queen Anne Mansion, Oakley Hall. A combination of Déjà Vu cocktails accompanied by canapés served by Sensory & Rye throughout the evening. Local Hereford beef and whipped goats cheese, Gressingham duck with parsnip cream and halloumi bites are just some of the snacks on offer. Tickets are £35 which include enough canapés to fill you to the brim and one Déjà Vu signature cocktail based on Sensory & Rye cold brew coffee.

Australia v New Zealand wine dinner

Hotel du Vin have a rich history of hosting legendary gastronomic wine events, but this will be the first time they have pitched our Southern Hemisphere, trans-Tasman cousins together in battle over dinner. This fun and relaxed evening will include an arrival drink, a three course dinner with six more perfectly paired wines. Three Aussies vs three Kiwis, all presented under the expert guidance of Hotel du Vin’s Master Sommelier, Nigel Wilkinson. All for £49 per person.
