Whether you have a professional or personal interest in cheese, the Academy of Cheese provides a comprehensive industry recognised accreditation. During the day all the families of cheese will be covered, tasting 14 cheeses as part of the programme and a further four for a wine tasting and matching to finish. Following the course you will be given access to the Academy of Cheese online learning for you to complete your studies, and a list of cheeses you will be encouraged to taste to explore the full range studied at Level 1.

Midlands Whisky Festival

Organised by Nickolls and Perks of Stourbridge, this one day festival will have more than 60 exhibitors who will be sampling over 300 whiskies, giving everyone the chance to expand their knowledge and try something new.
