From Thursday 29 June, whisky fans will be able to sip a few drams up on the 25th floor of The Cube, when the Haig Club Bar opens in Birmingham.
In charge of the drinks list is former Bourne & Co head barman Jack Spencer, who has created 22 whisky cocktails including the Twisted Scotsman – Haig Club, chocolate port, chocolate bitters and cinnamon syrup garnished with a cinnamon stick. A menu of small plates including black pudding bon bons will also be on hand.
The Haig Club Bar will be open from Tuesday – Saturday, 6pm until 1am and will seats 36 guests.
Madeleine coffee house is now open, serving coffee, freshly baked goods from their on-site bakery, fresh juices, soups, salads, cakes and delicious sandwiches.
Madeleine is owned by restaurant entrepreneur, Mike Nayla, and managed by acclaimed French chef Marion David, who brings a wealth of invaluable experience with her. Marion has previously worked at luxury French catere Potel et Chabot, as well as London Hilton on Park Lane, so is sure to add something truly special to breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea options at The Cube.
Look out for their team on 28th April who will be handing out vouchers for a free cup of coffee.
